Children's Museum of Caracas (Fundación Museo de los NINOS) is a privately owned museum in the city of Caracas, Venezuela. The museum was founded in 1982 and covers exhibits for kids - science, technology, culture and art.

The museum, dedicated to children, offers them the opportunity to learn in a teacher is seeing the world from different points of view, to consolidate existing knowledge and to enrich them with new information.

In this museum you can find different thematic areas: Biology, Communication, Physics, Ecology, The conquest of space, Art, Emotion feelings ... without drugs, planetarium, etc., in conclusion more than 500 exhibits that allow children to be fun while learning.

The biggest attraction is the permanent exhibition "The conquest of space, of space and new discoveries in astronomy and astronatica. In 1987 we began collaboration with NASA and other North American institutions, to make a thorough investigation and to determine what to display in the museum.

In addition to guided tours, museum hosts workshops for children and offer special holiday programs for children.

On 12 October 1993, was inaugurated new building of the Museum which has helped increase the number of visitors, ticket offices and administrative spaces and expansion of the dedicated public.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 9.00 - 17.00, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 10.00 - 17.00.
