Madama Palace - details and images
Madama Palace is a true center of the city geographically and metaphorically.
Some parts of the building dates from the Romanian period (that is two of the four towers). In the Middle Ages, the castle was transformed by the construction of two new towers.
The palace was later renovated several times and decorated with a beautiful facade, as opera's Filippo Juvarra.
