The Lady's Stones - details and images
It is said that the name of the stones Pietra Doamnei comes from the fact that, during the time of Petru Rareş, who found safe shelter for his family here, his wife often climbed the rocks to wait for him.
The access to Doamnei Stones is made from Campulung Moldovenesc, from where the road begins that follows the White Izvorului Valley, which climbs the Raraului ridge. Here is located the Rarau chalet, located at an altitude of 1538 meters.
