Kenya is the ideal safari destination because one tenth of its territory is represented by national parks and reservations. Kenya has a fascinating diverse population, with over 40 different tribes, each with its own language and culture. The largest tribes include Kikuru, Luyia and Luo, but the most famous are the tall red-clad Masai tribes, who still lead a semi-nomadic life.
Mombasa is the second largest city in the country and is located along the Indian Ocean. It is an important port and the main tourist center on the coast. Mombasa has one of the most beautiful beaches and reefs in Africa and the heart of the city is in the old town among the narrow streets and modern architecture. The city is a cultural mix, where you can see many mosques, Hindu temples and Christian churches.
Tavo National Park is the largest and oldest national park in Kenya and one of the largest in the world. Due to its large size, the park was divided into two parts: Tsavo West and Tsavo East.
Tsavo West Park features a series of rock formations and volcanic hills, and on a clear day the park offers wonderful views of the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro. Wildlife is well represented and you will have the opportunity to see zebras, gas, giraffes, impala, elephants, lions and many species of birds.

SAFARI PROGRAM:
Day 1: BUCHAREST MOMBASA TSAVO WEST PARK
Presentation at Otopeni airport, 01:00 in the morning for boarding the Gullivair flight to Mombasa. Departure from Bucharest at 03:00 in the morning. Landing in Mombasa at 11:15 local time. After completing the customs formalities, you will board the safari minibuses and after a short training supported by local guides you will leave for Tsavo West Park (the distance of about 260 km will be covered in about 5 hours). This day's lunch is included and will be package type. After arriving in the park, you will make the first safari of this day, to observe the animals in the park. Dinner and accommodation at Voyager Ziwani Camp lodge in standard tent.
Day 2: SAFARI IN TSAVO WEST PARK
Today you will do two safari sessions in Tsavo Park: one in the early morning and one in the evening, at sunset, these are the hours of the day when the animals are active and can be observed more easily. You will also visit the Mzima Springs which form a natural lake where man created the possibility of underwater observation of hippos, through a cave hidden under the lake. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served at the lodge. Accommodation at Voyager Ziwani Camp lodge in standard tent.
Day 3: TSAVO WEST MOMBASA PARK
After breakfast, you will board the safari minibuses to leave for the hotel in Mombasa. The distance of approximately 260 km between the park and the hotel in Mombasa will be covered in about 5 hours. Arrival at the hotel in Mombasa where you will stay for the next 5 nights.
