Located on 200 m of beach, on the edge of the internationally acclaimed Watamu National Marine Park and situated 25 km from Malindi Airport and 110 km from Mombasa Airport.
This eco-friendly resort is a haven of fun and entertainment for the whole family. The club has comfortable and well equipped rooms set amongst acres of tropically landscaped gardens.It also include a range of service such 24-hour front desk and has a nice
bar restaurant.
The hotel includes a fully supervised Mini Club for 4 -12 year olds. The Mini Club offers cartoons films, games, and field trips. Baby sitting service on request and extra cost. Daily activities: table-tennis and beach volleyball plus many other daily activities
organised by the Fun Base team. The hotel also offers aquatics, beach olympics, beach soccer, village walks, Swahili lessons, darts, sand-castle making, tug-of-war, water polo and snorkelling. Theme Nights: include African night, Oriental night, Italian night,
Mexican night, Arabic night, Swahili night, BBQ's and more. Night entertainment: includes visiting bands, disco, African tribal dancers, acrobatic shows, snake shows, quiz nights and video nights.
Full breakfast and dinner offered in the main restaurant by the pool, which seats 300 and has smoking and non-smoking areas overlooking Watamu beach. The meals are buffet style. Full lunch is offered at the Snack Bar at the poolside in buffet style and also
snacks. The Blue Turtle restaurant on the beach is regularly utilised in the evenings as a waiter service area. Guests need to book in advance for this area. Sandals are not allowed. A la carte menu at an extra charge and also run for special occasions (weddings,
etc). The Pizza Garden is overlooking tropical water ponds offers a variety of oven fresh pizzas and other meals for lunch and evening at an extra charge for some meals.

- Super Club Rooms (89 rooms)
These rooms have been extensively renovated and redecorated, all have a separate bathroom and showers, balcony, air conditioning, coffee and tea facilities, safe in the room (free of charge), hairdryer, supplied body soap and a full mosquito-resistant sleeping
area. These rooms are also equipped with a double and one-person bed; some of these rooms have interconnection doors and 3 have been specially designed for physically disabled customers with showers only.
- Lamu rooms
These are Swahili-style units, all renovated and decorated new with some overlooking the ocean or garden. All with split air conditioning unit and ceiling fan, coffee and tea facilities, room safe (free of charge), hairdryer, ensuite bathroom and shower or
shower only, body soap provided, twin beds (or Queen size on request) and mosquito-resistant sleeping area, patio or patio. Suitable for 2 adults.
- OCEAN FRONT (14 rooms)
14 rooms that have been extensively renovated; Are the beach front all with air conditioning and ceiling fan, separate bathroom and shower, double and one-person bed, room safe (free of charge), hairdryer, shampoos are provided and a full mosquito proof sleeping
area and balconies or terraces with direct access to the beach. They have tea/coffee facilities. Suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
- Apartments SEA VIEW
Lounge and bedroom with air conditioning split unit , Lamu bed with mosquito net, custom refrigerator, room safe (free of charge), hairdryer, shampoos are provided, coffee and tea making facilities. Separate shower and bathroom suitable for two adults.

Dresscode: We believe part of our success at Turtle Bay is informality. T-shirts, Vest, cut-off shorts, and swimwear with a wrap are accepted during the day, but we do not allow any of these during the night in our restaurants. Smart tailored shorts, trousers,
slacks, short-sleeved shirts, polo shirts, skirts, dresses, shoes or sandals are accepted in the main restaurant and Pizza Garden for dinner. The dresscode for the Blue Turtle Restaurant is strictly smart shirts, trousers, shoes and dresses. Shorts and sandals
are not accepted in the Blue Turtle in the evening. Please note that as we are working with Muslim staff, we do ask all of our female guests to respect the Muslim ways and cover themselves and/or swimming costume from shoulder to knee with either a wrap, long
T-shirt or sundress when eating in the dining room. For hygiene reasons we discourage the use of towels as wrap during lunch.
