In a lovely 10 minute walk you'll be in the heart of Utrecht city centre.  Busses leave just around the corner and depart every 5 minutes to both the Central Station and Jaarbeurs as to Rijnsweerd and Science Park Uithof, and will bring you there in a couple of minutes.  The complete inside of the hotel has been renovated in 2015.
