Hermitage Dobrusa - details and images

Hermitage is located in the village Zlatar, Dobrusa village, Valcea county, 15 km from the city Dragasani (by common Stefanesti) and 7 km from Dragasani (the village of Hill Head). The church, dedicated to the 'Entry into the Church, "one of the oldest foundations in Oltenia, with unknown benefactors, former monastery of monks can be placed - as old - Old and Vodita tails with Nicodemus, being attested from the 1500s -1520, when he makes mention of his donations jupan Radu Badea boyar, and Caplea Vladoaia butler, to the monastery.

Then restored the second time he was made to worship the Diocese Ramnic on 2 May 1675, by Bishops Stephen (1673-1693) and Hilarion (1693-1705).
