Crisana, RomaniaState Theater is one of the most significant heritage buildings in Oradea. The draft was prepared by the renowned firm of architects Fellner and Helmer from Vienna, and his achievement, which lasted only 15 months, 10 July 1899 until October 15, 1900, was conducted under the assistance of Oradea architects Rimanoczy Kalman, Jozsef Guttmann and Vilmos Rendes .

The Tower of the City Hall is located on the wing from the Tudor Vladimirescu street of the building and has a height of almost 50 m. It is provided with 4 main levels, three of which are panoramic.
Currently, the clock in the Tower of the City Hall is curated by Nagy Csaba Sándor. Thanks to it, the operation of the watch has changed since 1992. If until 1992 the inertia of the weight operated the clock and the pendulum, now the pendulum is electronically driven, leading the movements through axes and gears to the pointers of the dials.
