Good activities for children.
For the first time in 10 years of going to Crete, the hotel was overbook (we got walked, with a child to another hotel in a different city owned by the same company). this was defiantly not an overbooking mistake, but a money grabbing hotel/agency that maximized occupancy by knowingly splitting my booking between two hotels. Very impolite staff, demanded that we be available at specific time to transfer from the hotel we were walked to, to the other hotel. Room at the second hotel was prepared in time only once I told them that they are liable if they don't provide accommodations throw-out the whole booking. I was notified 1 day before about the overbooking thus having no ability to arrange for something else - classic overbooking scam, directbooking agent was completely useless - as a result this is the last time I will be using directbooking. Was provided with a room with open bathroom - what a sad joke. Very expensive hotel for what they offer.

Un pic departe de plaja
Greu sa gaseti ceva care nu ii place sau te deranjeaza. totul la superlativ!
Zgomotul avioanelor care aterizeaza pe aeroportul din Heraklion. Zgomotul autostrazii.
Un hotel care tine sa- i mulumeasca clienii .Este foarte bine situat ,aproape de toate obiectivele turistice din Heraklion i de mijloacele de transport in comun. Micul dejun variat si gustos .La cina nu s-a repetat niciodata acelai fel de mancare ,timp de 10 zile. In camera se face in fiecare zi curaenie si se schimba prosoapele. toi angajaii sunt cu zambetul pe buze . O experiena frumoasa !as reveni oricand la acest hotel.

Serviciile la camera, masa si receptia foarte bune.
Hotelul este bine amplasat, in proximitatea centrului comercial al orasului, micul dejun bogat, personalul politicos.
Patul si pernele nu sunt cele mai bune. am avut zbor dimineata, motiv pentru care am cerut micul dejun la pachet, astfel cum se obisnuieste la majoritatea hotelurilor. NI s-a spus ca se practica"early breakfast", motiv pentru care am anuntat ora 4,30 pentru a-l servi, iar cand am ajuns, am constatat cu stupoare ca acesta consta in cateva prajiturele uscate.
Piscina curata, managerul hotelului foarte amabila, mancarea foarte gustoasa. Multumim ghidului Sofia, care ne-a facut sederea mult mai placuta
Pe timpul noptii este un miros puternic de canalizare si mult zgomot pe hol (hotelul este frecventat de rusi care stateau in lobby pana la 2-3 noaptea), motiv pentru care a trebuit sa stam cu ferestrele inchise si cu aC pornit (care este contracost, 4 euro/zi)
