Hotel Aakenus is a family hotel, located in a peaceful area, close to the Rovaniemi town centre (400 metres). Our hotel offers good quality rooms for affordable rates.

Hotel Aakenus Rovaniemi has 45 rooms and 20 fully-furnished holiday apartments. We have single, twin, triple and family rooms. The apartment sizes vary from one-room studio apartments to four-bedroom, two-floor houses. Some of our apartments are located just behind our main hotel building and some different places around Rovaniemi city center. There are rooms and apartments in our non-smoking hotel that are also suitable for allergy sufferers.

All rooms have a bathroom, TV and free wireless internet. In some rooms there is also a fridge. Hotel rooms, apartments and public areas of hotel have been renovated. We have a free parking, also good for large vehicles: and vehicle electrical heating is available during the winter. In addition our hotel offers outlets for charging an electric car with a standard socket (slow charging).

Room price includes delicious buffet breakfast, evening sauna, wireless internet connection and free parking. Our hotel also has a restaurant for up to 110 diners, lobby bar and meeting rooms for different size of meetings. We also organize different celebrations and family events!

We have different size and types of apartments, and most of them are fully renovated. Some apartments are located just behind our main hotel building and some different places around Rovaniemi city center.  All apartments have Wi-fi, a flat screen TV, bed clothes, towels, fridge,, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and oven. The apartments are non-smoking. There is not day cleaning in apartments, but you can have it for extra fee. In some apartments pets are welcome for extra fee. Aakenus Rovaniemi Holiday Apartments are an excellent choice for business and leisure travellers. They suit people who require accommodation for longer periods or just for a few nights. Apartments are also ideal for temporary accommodation when moving house or redecorating.

Hotel Aakenus Rovaniemi has 45 rooms. The majority are twin rooms, but we also have single, triple and family rooms (4 family rooms). Our family room comprises two double rooms with a connecting door, so there are beds for four persons, two bathrooms and two TVs. In family rooms, double and triple rooms, extra beds are available.

All rooms have flat screen TV, electric kettle, free wireless internet and a bathroom. Hotel Aakenus is pet-friendly hotel, where pets of any size are welcome for small extra fee. All our rooms are non-smoking. We have also rooms, which are suitable for allergy sufferers.
