Din pacate, in cazul nosru, la sosire la receptie ni s-a spus ca in sistem aparem cu altfel de cazare decat era trecut pe voucherul primit de la DirectBooking. am fost nevoiti sa stam in holul de la receptie aproximativ 30 minute ca sa primim tipul de camera rezervat (a trebuit sa reveim noi la receptie ca sa aflam ca s-a rezolvat situatia, angajatii de la receptie nu ne anuntau nimic cu toate ca eram pe canapea in acel hol la doar cativa metrii de acestia, lucru foarte suparator mai ales in momentul respectiv)

Serviciile direct booking au fost ok,dar coctail holidays a fost o mare dezamagire, nu am fost contactati de nici un reprezentant al firmei si la transferul de la hotel la aeroport s-a facut prin implicarea noastra fara sa fie comunicata la hotel.Ne a preluat de la aeroprt si atat a fost fara un vorbitor de lb rom.
