Arpăsel Nature Reserve - details and images

With an area of 736 ha, Arpăsel Reserve is located on the north side of Fagaras Mountains, including alpine, subalpine and upper mountain, at 2,500 m to 1,000 m altitude. Vegetation consists of mixed forests, spruce fir, huckleberry, juniper trees, phytocoenosis saxicole, ferns, grass rudd, dwarf willows, crowfoot, thimbles, steregoaie, Omag and Pais.
