Bairro Alto - details and images
Bairro Alto is a characteristic center of Lisbon. During the day it offers popular life scenarios, while in the streets, the streets of the neighborhood gather a large number of people ending the days of the Portuguese in joy. It is especially famous for tascas, a sort of family osterie studio.
It can be reached by walks through obsolete roads or by an electrico, via the characteristic Lisbon transport means, or by the Santa Justa lift and the Bica and Gloria lift, very similar to trams, suitable for traveling on steep slopes.
