Brasov Square - details and images

Square was the Middle Ages, where fairs were organized in Brasov both Saxons and Romanian as well as those who came from Hungary. It arrived in the market by Customs Street (now Muresenilor) and near the road were cleared goods.

Council House in central market, was the place where every merchant had to settle for goods, and city officials to ensure that these places are respected.

The market is located near the Black Church, Smiths and Graft bastions, towers and Tower Black and White Tower Schei Gate, Catherine's Gate.

Square is probably the best known and most visited place of Brasov, where they organized various cultural and artistic events, outdoor concerts in the "Golden Stag", etc.
