Car Museum in Kaprun - details and images

The museum is located at the hotel basement Schloßstraße 32 "Verwöhnhotel Sportkristall Vötter's" four-star hotel belonging to the same person "Engaments Vötter".

Find in the museum exhibits over 200 cars, scooters, motorcycles, and prototypes. Cars are manufactured starting in 1950 until 1970, most of them are in working order.

With some of them are present at both competitions and exhibitions in Austria and abroad.

Regina collection is a Messerschmitt Cabin Scooter, received a personal gift from Fritz Fendi, a renowned car designer.

Much of the exhibits are made by Volkswagen, these exhibits being praised Ferdinand and Ferry Porsche, the Austro-Daimler founders. It was headquarters for a period in Zell am See.

Porsche Salzburg plants have become a standard of quality and reliability among car manufacturers.

The museum was opened in 1996, but the idea of this museum came 25 years before the inauguration.

The collection is impressive, would be envious of any lover of motor sports, exhibits being in an exceptional state of preservation.
