Situated on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela in the province of Aragon, city IACA, construction Pentagon defense role, is located in the heart of the Pyrenees. Its erection was made in sec. seventeenth century by order of Felipe II, who feared an invasion from the French heretics.

"Los mush" of Flanders (infantry regiment of sec. XVI-XVII) were exported model Jaca city in the Netherlands and the Duke d'Alba asked to build cities like Antwerp and Liege, Belgium. The Americas, the Spaniards constructed the fortifications at San Felipe in port "El Callao" in Peru.
