Saraturi Lake Natural Reserve is located in Saraturi, Murighiol located near the village, a locality situated 28 km from Tulcea, south of St. George's arm, on the southwest shore of the lake with the same name.
Lake Murighiol Does Violet Lake "in Turkish, the name comes from the color of the water rich in minerals and mineralized mud.
Murighiol village is visited by tourists not only for therapeutic landscape beauty, the serenity of the area and passion for fishing.
Popina Island is located on Lake Razim having a calcareous nature and an area of about 102.5 hectares and a maximum height of 47 m, was declared a nature reserve.
