Mineral Museum - details and images
In this museum are covered with granite rocks exposed and minerals of different shapes and sizes made from all over the world.
For 30 years, David Gufler, called "Garnet Yeti, known for his passion for minerals, has gathered an impressive collection of pieces from around the world. From a simple hobby, this passion turned into his main goal in life.
Equipped with proper tools, he still fumbles and searched the mountains in search of new minerals. The fruits of his labor can now be seen at his home in Alpine Sibertalalm which has become a museum. Collection of various forms of minerals collected from around the world and the largest ever found in Europe granite.
Every Monday, visitors can buy minerals from the exhibition and we can get and Garnet Yeti who will present the secrets of its minerals. Entry to the exhibition is free.
