Museum Spa Buzias - details and images

Spa Buzias Museum open for visitors only on Saturdays and Sundays (times 14 to 17) contains a collection of documents (photomontages) with an educational purpose, which illustrates the history field (examples: the discovery of mineral waters by Dr. George and Emil Ciocârlan Lindenmeyer; celebration of 100 years of railway operation to Buzias; Chest travel in the nineteenth century, the Buzias High Casino Pavilion restaurant in 1896, served until 1902; the visit of the Emperor Franz Jozsef, effigies of Hygeia Pharmacy) , Neolithic pottery vessels Thracian, nineteenth century furniture and sanitation that have been used in the spas.

Museum objects are displayed in six rooms, with the following themes:
* Hall I - History Buzias resort.
* Hall II - Discovery of mineral water Buzias.
* Hall III - Buzias resort development (with presentation of therapeutic mineral waters).
* Sala IV - Salon of the nineteenth century four furniture styles (baroque, rococo, Florentine ecliptic) with Dr. George Ciocârlan photomontages, the first Romanian balneology medic, and Emperor Franz Jozsef.
* V Hall - Hall of medical treatments.
* Sala VI - Buzias resort layout (with resorts in the past and present goals).

Museum Spa is annually visited by almost 8,000 people - tourists who are passing through treatment or resort and many foreign delegations.
