The assembly is done in a Louis XVI style monumental, austere and balanced. Palace consists of a main building flanked by two smaller wings, set at right angles, connected by a colonnade.

The building was renovated in the eighteenth century - century. Since then I have made very few changes. It should be noted that both front and back of Rohan Palace keeps original appearance. Also noteworthy are the spectacular scale and richly decorated living room. Parlors are paneled in Louis XVI style, with wood and decorated with rich lime plant grounds achieved by sculptor Cabirol Barthélémy.

The building is surrounded by beautiful gardens in English style, dating from 1882. On each side of the rear garden, two wings, which were built in 1880 to house the Museum of Fine Arts.
