Ski slope Bad Hofgastein - details and images

Bad Hofgastein is at an altitude of 850 m, a charming resort that has become a satellite resort of Bad Gastein, taking advantage of its thermal waters. Old houses with towers remember the times when the gold extracted Vale (XVI century - the gold mines have made a rival to Salzburg Bad Hofgastein in wealth).

Express Trains leave Salzburg at almost every hour. The journey takes 80 minutes.
A bus running daily in both directions, between Salzburg Bad Hofgastein Mirabellplatz and train, then went to Bad Gastein.
By car: the A10 south of Salzburg, directly on Route 311 and continue west to its intersection with Route 167 and from there south to Bad Gastein.
