The Dragons’ Garden can be included in a wider route through Sălaj County, together with Jibou, Zalău, Porolissum, castles, old churches and other natural sites. For those crossing the area, the reserve offers an interesting stop, easy to integrate into a trip of a few hours. The landscape does not require complex mountain equipment, but comfortable footwear and attention to weather are recommended.

For photography, the best moments are morning and late afternoon, when side light highlights the texture of the rocks. On days with strong sunlight, shadows can emphasize the shapes, while on cloudy days the landscape becomes more even, suitable for detail shots. The surrounding vegetation changes the image of the place from one season to another, and spring and autumn are very good periods for visiting.

The Dragons’ Garden deserves to be visited because it offers an accessible and expressive example of relief shaped by erosion. It is a place where visitors can understand how slow processes, unfolding over long periods, can create visible and surprising forms.
