Nu știu dacă ține de DirectBooking sau nu dar zborul ales de Paralela45 cu compania hiSky a fost oribil: -orarul de zbor a fost schimbat de două ori și pus astfel incat a trebuit să fim la aeroport in Otopeni la ora 3:00 dimineața iar zborul a avut intarziere 1.5 ore (companie de low cost) -la retur, deși zborul decola la 8:00 iar noi faceam 2 ore pe drum, transferul a fost setat la 2 dimineata in ziua plecarii .. bataie de joc ca apoi am stat degeaba in aeroport -din aceste motive o sa evit agentia Paralela45, altele mai mici sunt mai orientate catre nevoile si confortul clientului

agenției și mai ales doamnei sau domnișoarei care răspundea la telefonul de urgență nu pot decat să le mulțumesc și să le ofer tot respectul meu,am avut o problema și ,deși era weekend,nu s au lăsat pană nu au rezolvat-o, pentru mine,nota 20,daca ar exista aceasta nota
