Site-ul functioneaza greoi. Completarea datelor personale in cazul rezervarii ne-a luat mult timp. Se tot bloca. Nu ni s-a permis sa facem o rezervare de 10 zile. Discutand la receptia hotelului despre acest inconvenient, ni s-a spus ca nu este vina lor ci a agentiei prin care am facut rezervarea.

Din pacate, de data aceasta, nu ni s-au transmis documentele de călătorie in timp util, nici in momentul de fata nu am primit voucherele pentru cazare. am ajuns acolo 2 familii cu 2 copii destul de mici si ne-am trezit ca nu ne puteam caza. am incercat sa va contactam prin toate metodele disponibile fara succes.
