Modalitatea in care se face rezervarea nu mi se pare ok. Se face cerere de comanda pentru un anumit hotel la care apar camere disponibile, apoi se trimite la furnizor care trimite la hotel pentru confirmare, iti dau ok si trimit factura proforma, pe care trebuie s-o achiti pentru a fi o comanda finala. apoi chiar daca am primit confirmarea si s-au emis factura fiscala, contractul etc la cateva ore mi se spune ca nu este disponibil pe 08.08 ci de pe 09.08 . ar trebui facuta plata in momentul in care este confirmata disponibilitatea la hotel.
Impression about the travel agent (Gaitan): As fi vrut sa pot comunica cu agentul si la telefon nu doar pe e-mail. Daca sunam pr nr fix care apare pe site nu raspunde nimeni, doar ca vei fi preluat si apoi se inchide.

Au fost foarte prompti, au cele mai bune preturi, site ul cel mai transparent si corect dupa mine. (urasc cand intri si nu poti sa verifici pretul pentru o perioada si trebuie sa faci cerere pe mail).
