The hotel is located at km 9 on the 'Route de Ouarzazate'. Surrounded by olive and palm trees, this intimate estate is located some 20 minutes drive from Marrakech's city centre. Marrakech-Menara Airport is approximately 6 km from the hotel.

The hotel has modern facilities, traditional architecture and magnificent views of the Atlas Mountains. It includes three riads dedicated to guesthouse accommodation, consisting of sober and elegant architecture combined with comfort and discreet charm with uniquely decorated rooms loaded with amenities, and different interior decoration styles. The 3 patios with fountains give a feeling of space. The premises are air-conditioned and facilities include a hotel safe and a TV lounge.

The comfortable guest rooms include free WLAN Internet access, a direct dial telephone, en suite facilities, satellite TV, a minibar, safe and a work desk. Rooms are furnished with double or king-size beds. All rooms have individually regulated air conditioning.
