In the center of Leeds at Waterloo Court, the Kspace Apartments offer stylish accommodations. With excellent access to the city's business districts, the apartments feature balconies, private bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas and free super-fast WiFi. Parking is available at an additional cost. Modern bedrooms feature King size beds, large wardrobes, drawers and lamps. Kitchens come fully equipped with utensils, crockery, fridge-freezers, ovens and washer dryers. Spacious lounges feature flat-screen TV’s, Blu-Ray players and comfortable seating and dining areas. Located near to the River Aire, Kspace is in the heart of the sophisticated Brewery Wharf area. Briggate High Street, the Victoria Quarter and the train station are a 5 minute walk. A meet-and-greet service is also available for guests.WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is available on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 15 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of all ages are allowed.
Children 2 and under stay for free when using an available crib.
Children 5 and under stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 2 and up stay for £25 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform KSpace @ Waterloo Court of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Kspace Serviced Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept group bookings, but welcome families at any time. Please note that there is no reception. The property offers a meet and greet service between 14:30 and 21:00 by prior arrangement. Check-in after 21:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days.
