Each of the 53 individual villas boast in excess of 100 square meters of space, including sundecks; outdoor grass courtyard, large open plan bedroom and living area with 12 units that also feature their very own private pool. A fully equipped conference room with a capacity of 80-100 seats is also available for seminars and work meetings These are the standard villas. There are 35 in total and each villa is located amongst the surrounding trees which guarantee near-absolute privacy. The prevailing sounds are of the ocean breeze and tropical birds.
