This 5th generation family-run hotel dates back to 1864. Located by Lake Nisser in Vrådal, it offers vintage boat cruises and free access to a sauna and indoor pool. All rooms at Straand Hotel feature traditional décor, a TV and private bathrooms. Free WiFi is available throughout the building. The restaurant serves either a buffet or a set 3-course menu, upon the chef's choice of the day. Guests can also enjoy sandwiches and small dishes at the reception lounge. The bar offers refreshments and has live music 6 nights per week. Surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Telemark region, hiking and skiing are popular in the area. Massage treatments can be booked at the hotel. Free private parking is offered on site.When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
