location: The hotel is in a stunning location of natural beauty and tranquillity with breathtaking views overlooking Bouley Bay. Situated on the north coast of the Island, surrounded by spectacular cliff path walks leading east and west. The hotel is an excellent base for walking or enjoying water sports and diving. rooms: The hotel has 50 bedrooms each with a sea or south facing garden view. All rooms are en suite and have tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone and colour television. All bedroom are in good conditon as are the bathrooms.
restaurant: The restaurant has amazing panoramic views over the bay to the distant French coastline features a selection of exciting dishes including fresh local seafood. Modern British cuisine with hints of classical. The hotel is especially noted for their falambees, add a well balanced wine list and you have the complete ingredients for a memorable dining experience. exterior: A traditional building. The hotel has picture gardens on the hillside above the hotel overlooking the harbour. lobby: A medium sized lobby leading onto the lounge with pleanty of seating area. general: Located in the gardens is a heated outdoor swimming pool (Mid May - September).
