It was home to several generations of the same family until 2000, and is part of a group of dwellings built in the heart of the Old City in 1881. It offers a small lobby with 24-hour reception, a 40 m² patio with palm and lemon trees on the ground floor, a beautiful Moroccan-style lounge in a colonnaded gallery, a library, restaurant and a lavatory on the first floor. A caïdal tent, a small sitting room and a small office/bedroom on the roof terrace, Internet access, a DVD player and board games are also at guests' disposal.On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms (with shower) and toilets, and on the first floor 2 more bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets, including a large bedroom (larger than 25 m²). Each room features a hairdryer, hifi, Internet access, individually regulated air conditioning, an ironing set, washing machine and a kitchen with microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.
