The front desk is open only from 8:00 until 21:00, there is no night front desk at the property. Please note during the winter months it is not possible to park directly by the property. Parking is available in Dolni Dvur (50°40'14.958"N, 15°39'57.854"E 50.6708217N, 15.6660706E), from where the property provides transfer for a surcharge of EUR 8 per journey. The transfer takes 20 minutes and the last transfer leaves at 18:00. Close to this parking area, there is also a ski hire. The transport to and from the parking lot is available only on the days of arrival and departure. Please also note that the property is located on mountain ridges and not in mountain resorts. There are no shops nor restaurants on site.

: Located in the Krkonoše National Park, 1030 metres above sea level, non-smoking Hotel Tetřeví Boudy offers views of the surrounding nature, a children's playroom, a sun terrace and free WiFi access is provided. Guests can also enjoy a fitness centre, 2 infrared saunas and massages. The property consists of 4 buildings. The rooms and apartments are fitted with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Buffet breakfast is served daily. The on-site restaurant offers traditional Czech cuisine and local products. Homemade bread and pies are offered. Half-board needs to be ordered prior to arrival. Guests can also play darts, relax in a shared lounge, sun bathe on a sun deck and children can enjoy programs in a kids' club and roam a playground with a sand pit and slides. Furthermore, guests can enjoy hammocks, a trampoline, Frisbee or sports ground available for volleyball, football or badminton. Feeding of goats and sheep is possible. In the summer season, the hotel is accessible by car. Transportation from Vrchlabí, Pec pod Sněžkou and Černý Důl can be arranged for a sucharge. In winter, public parking is available for guests. Transport by a snowmobile or a snowcat is provided for a surcharge, from parking lots in Dolní Dvůr and Černý Důl. A small ski lift is available on site. Skiers can benefit from free transfer by a snowmobile to Pec pod Sněžkou everyday at 9:00 since the hotel is not accessible by car in winter season. The property can also arrange ski lessons with a ski instructor
