the location is convenient, close to the plaza, but the surrounding area felt quite poor and underdeveloped. the hotel is more of a 2–3 star property; although the cleanliness is very good, the old utilities and outdated furniture unfortunately lower the overall standard. We were accommodated near the elevators, and one of them made a constant rubbing noise that made it very hard to sleep. the breakfast lacked quality overall. the coffee was good, but the cold cuts and cheeses were of very low quality. On the other hand, dinner was fairly good varied and tasty although sometimes the food was not served hot enough. the staff was quite friendly. the room was clean, but again, the sanitary facilities were old and worn out, with peeling surfaces, and the bathroom door was visibly swollen from age
