Cazare tipic Tiroleza, autentica. Apartamentul in care am stat doua pers este destul de spatios, dotat cu chicineta utilata cu toate cele, un balcon foarte mare cu acces din living. Grupul sanitar separat de baie este si el de ajutor.

Inainte de acomodare, recomand un curs intensiv de limba germana sau daca nu aveti disponibilitate, macar o aplicatie translate.

Pensiune curata, canera spatioasa, curata, calduroasa. Micul dejun satisfacator, intr-un cuvant raport pret-calitate bun. Aproape de statia skibuss(20m), internet gratuit citeza f.buna. Singura lipsa, din punctul meu de vedere, televizorul. Dar nu e o tragedie!

Superb din toate punctele de vedere. Hotel langa gondola si statie de autobuz pentru alte locatii, parcare disponibila, mesele (mic dejun bogat, cina variata si cu mancare foarte buna, gustare dupa partie intre orele 15 si 17). Zona de piscina si saune.

Halatele pentru piscina si sauna contra cost, desi hotelul este de 4 stele.

Pozitionare, curatenie.

Mancare slab calitativ, sa o numim generic "saptamana chimica", personal insuficient, comparativ (servirea unei cine cu supa, salata, felul 2, desert, a durat 2 ore), avand in vedere ca toate acestea au fost alese din lista oferita de la micul dejun. Am fost bulversati, 3 zile am avut totulmic dejun/cina bufet suedez, iar restul de 4 meniu a la carte.

Am rezervat o oferta last minute cu demipensiune si skipass inclus la aceasta pensiune si am fost foarte placut impresionati de toate serviciile oferite. Personalul foarte amabil si prietenos. Pozitia pensiunii Hoppeter in zona centrala este perfecta , aproape de statia de skibus Foidl in susul strazii pricipale(100 metri) care face legatura la domeniul schiabil Hochfugen- Hochzillertal.

Relativ aproape de zonele de ski de pe Valea Zillertal, insa e greu de folosit ski-busul din Hart. Noi am folosoit masina, ca sa fim mai rapizi si mai mobile.

- The location was ideal: 2 minutes walk to the train station so the whole Zillertal could be explored by train and bus. The 10 minutes walk to the popular bars was far enough to have quiet nights. Very easy to find when arriving in Mayrhofen.- Staff helped us park, off-load and when missing dish towels, they were promptly supplied for from the hotel kitchen.- Bed: maybe I should say "Don't know". I've slept like a baby.- Equipment: a (small) vacuum cleaner would be nice. Dish towels were missing (but provided bij the hotel). Some more cutlery would be practicle.

I had read some very negative reviews about this hotel so wasn't sure what to expect. Generally I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and we had a balcony (shared with the room next door) looking onto the mountains. The sofa bed was a bit horrible and old so I just put one of the mattresses from the 'double bed' on the floor and slept on that... also discovered that the bed itself was a bit broken, but still usable. But to be honest, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, I had a lovely bath after a long day of skiing, the TV worked fine... I don't really know what else you need from a cheap hotel for a cheap skiing holiday. I think there's some kind of discount at the ski hire shop next to the hotel if you're staying there, but we shopped around and found somewhere much cheaper for our skis and boots.

hotel lives up to its name as the location is ideal for the cable car, supermarket and pubs ( scotland yard is 100m away ) but no noise issues a tall loved the week spent there and will go back some day

May be there was some misunderstanding, but ski-bus didn't stop nearby. At least I've never seen it there. There was some bus stop 200-300 meters to the Valley, but I'm not sure if it is for free ski bus. Anyway we used rented car - Zillertal Arena (cabins to Wiesenalm, Rosenalm and Karspitz) is max. 10 minutes away by car.Rieser Hans Pension has very cosy interiour with Alpen colorite (nice pannos, pictures at the wals, figures of local folclore creatures). Room we had was warm and clean, all necessary is at place. Balcony is very big with very good view to the Valley - dream of smoker. I don't smoke either, but was impressed by balcony... :) There is Wi-Fi hot spot. You can use it for extra price (approx 5 euro for a week). TV is in Breakfast room, but we didn't use it as was returning late and went to sleep shortly. Breakfast is simple but tasty.Mr. Hans and his family are very helpful and kind people.So this pension is very good for quiet calm family vacations.I recommend.

Trip advisor was not that complimentary but the hotel was beautiful the rooms amazing. The food was ok but small portions and not the best but not the worst we have ever had. No bar but waiter service till early hours of the morning. Excellent Spa area.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room which was booked as a family room was an apartment! Very spacious, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge with space for eating as well. The views were gorgeous and the pools were a success with the children. Also very close to skiing and walking distance to town and a lovely play park.

The hotel had a wine bar downstarirs with excellent decor and choices of wine and food were superb. We were not too impressed with the view of the hotel from the main street but once we found the main entrance and reception via the side street, we were very pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff and excellent mananagement - certainly made us very welcome and would recommend anyone to stay there. Very good value for money.

We stayed in summer for walking holiday. Smallish, friendly hotel on edge of town (cable cars 10 mins walk without skis), in quiet side road, with bus stop at either end (buses up and down valley). Lovely indoor pool very welcome after a day's walking. Rooms comfortble, well appointed and clean. Would recommned if ok with out of town centre location.

The best balance between what you offered and the price asked for, among 6 experienced trials for years.Improve the parking space, if possible.I disliked the lack of flexibility in reimbursing cost of meal for one child that got sick 2 days before check-in and thus couldn't come anymore. No claim on accomodation. But after leaving, I had an unpleased E-mail exchange on that topic, with somebody in charge.
