location: The hotel is situated on a busy side street round the corner from Paddington railway and tube stations and is within walking distance of St Mary's hospital, Marble Arch, Oxford Street and Hyde Park. rooms: On average the rooms are medium-sized and in good condition with neutral colour schemes. All the rooms are furnished with soft feather quilts and down pillows, whilst some have the added luxury of fluffy bathrobes! Rooms overlook either the tranquil Norfolk Square or the bars and restaurants along London Street. restaurant: The restaurant is located on the first floor and is also pleasantly light, with a pale colour scheme and modern furniture. exterior: Originally two Edwardian terraced houses, the building has been sympathetically converted and retains some of its original internal features. lobby: The lobby is very small but light due to the full length windows and cosy with wood-panelled walls. general: Although slightly dated from the exterior, this hotel is ideally placed for easy access to the majority of London's attractions.
