mancare in ultimul an foarte slaba , multe regatite , mult fish and chips , si plus ca au fost foarte multi engleI care se imbatau si faceau scandal si galagie !

Very poor food for a 5 star resort, only a 3 star hotel serves this food, very few food choices, during lunch time the main restaurant had only 5-6 choices, I have never seen worse food than this resort, dinner had endless queues, and if you didn't go to eat at the beginning of dinner when the restaurant opened, you only found food left by others, very disappointed. they dismantled the umbrellas in the sea, we were sunbathing even though the hotel was full of tourists. We had to make a choice as if we had gone to that resort out of necessity and not as tourists. We were also very disappointed with this part. the place where we went to the beach was very small, and when it was full, the sea was very dirty. We had to go to the Granada Luxurri part of the resort which was nearby. the smell was very bad by the sea. the water collected in pools from the showers and there was no place to pour it and it gave off a very bad smell. Shame on such a resort. We had reserved 6 rooms, as soon as we arrived we completed the procedures for filling out the documents, everything went very well, then they handed us the rooms, all the rooms were handed to us on the ground floor, no air conditioning, no balcony, no windows, the air was stuffy, and the rooms smelled bad, 4 family members immediately went to the reception and complained about the rooms not meeting the standards of a hotel. and they gave us rooms on the upper floors, in the afternoon my brother and I went to change rooms, it was impossible to stay in those rooms, as if we were in a prison, not in a hotel room, that night they did not change our rooms, and they took a note, they told us that the next morning they would change our rooms, and that is what happened, after several room changes they finally gave us a room that we could spend our holidays in (we were 10 nights, imagine a very good group from an economic point of view, 6 rooms,, the hotel is dominated by chaos, noise, In Room 1009, a very expensive gold ring was stolen from us. We immediately filed a complaint with the hotel manager. they immediately went to the cleaning lady and asked her to hand over the stolen ring. We argued a lot with the cleaning lady. She claimed that we had dropped the ring on the sheets that she had changed. Of course, this was a big lie. after a heated argument, she handed over the ring, but it was a serious psychological blow for us. Very old hotel, very dirty hotel, very bad food, chaos in the hotel, it seemed like you were on the noisy and unhygienic beaches of third countries (maximum 2 star hotel). the beach was a very small bay and when everyone entered the sea it was impossible, the sea was very dirty, before going to the beach there was no place to pour the shower water, which created a bad smell.

E departe de plajă, busul vine din 20 in 20 min, dar cand e aglomerat aștepți, nu circulă decat pana la ora 6PM, apa in bazin e rece. nu e incălzită, ramna destul de des fără gheață la barurile de la piscina si fara apa plată,

When we arrived in Alanya the agency didn't took us to the van and just point but was a parking with 1000cars, so for more them half an hour we were searching for our transfer buss that was a minivan. A representativ should take the guest to the car!

absolut totul negativ la acest hotel,mizerie multă,rugina peste tot, evitați pe cat posibil, cred că in Romania ar fi fost inchis de mult,ar fi trebuit scos din ofertele tuturor agențiilor din tara noastră

Partea negativă este că hotelul este situat chiar pe mare, dar cea mai mare parte este stancoasă. Există o mică porțiune bună pentru inot. Cu toate acestea, plaja ar putea fi mult mai imbunătățită decat situația actuală. aerul condiționat cu apă rece este disponibil in camere, dar pe coridoare nu este disponibil decat la primul etaj. După cum am spus, in ciuda tuturor, pentru preț, situația este bună și tratamentul este bun.

Un loc unde rușii sunt la mare cinste..cine nu e rus nu există..curățenia lasă de dorit..totul pe vechi de la prosoape obosite la mobilier degradat..personalul in mare majoritate sătul de turiști,deloc binevoitori...ori cat ai incerca sa sesizezi ceva nu baga nimeni de seamă..personalul din recepție ostili din start!!

Intrarea in mare dificila, cu multe pietre, diversificarea la restaurant lasă de dorit, se putea mai multe feluri de fructe și de preparate cu carne.

Distracție lipsa,pentru familii cu copii și pensionari

Mancarea de proasta calitate tip cantina ,repetativa ,lipsa gratar ,berea o mizerie la baruri si pe plaja ,lipsa bauturi imbuteliate. Drumul la plaja un calvar ,cu transport de la hotel pana la lift ,nu inainte de a cobori scari de la buss pana la lift, plaja slabut . Daca iti place piscina este ok ,daca iti place apa marii nu recomand. transferul de la aeroport la hotel 3 - 4 ore .

transferul dureaza aproximativ 4 ore , plaja nu este la nivelul hotelului, intrarea in apa dificila , abrupta, nu este potrivita pentru copii, cand sunt valuri pentru cei care nu stiu să inoate e o problema, sunt 3 lifturi care fac față cu greu

Hotelul este de maxim 3 stele Mancarea a fost sub așteptările unui hotel de 5 stele Băuturile au fost de proasta calitate incepand cu sucuri, bere , cokteil uri. trebuia sa se specifice in descriere ca dacă vrei sa intri in mare ai nevoie obligatoriu de incălțări pt ca sona e plina de bolovani, eu și alți turiști ne am ales zu julituri.

Ce nu mi-a plăcut a fost plaja care la prima vedere pare foarte aglomerata dar apoi te obișnuiești și faptul că sunt toți rușii pe acolo care nu sunt chiar cei mai bine crescuți!
