Scump, dificil de gasit magazin/farmacie in zona, cea mai apropiata farmacie fiind in Sfantul Gheorghe la 35+ km. Ultima parte evident nu este vina Hotelului.

Curat, liniste,serviabili si atenti

aveam programare la masaj la ora 14:00, am ajuns si doreau sa ne cazeze la ora 16:00 chiar daca check-in-ul era de la 14:00-16:00 si, aveam si confirmarea pe e-mail de la Direct - Booking pe care de altfel ne-a cerut sa confirmam. alta problema cu masajul,facusem cu o sapt. inainte programarile,aveam de la ora 11:00 si ne-au sunat in camera cum ca avem masaj de la ora 10:00 si am intarziat. asa ca a trebuit sa ne grabim sa mergem atunci ,pt ca ei au gresit ora.

totul a fost la superlativ. Personalul extrem de amabil, curaenie, camere mari, patul foarte confortabil (dormi ca un bebelu), mancarea delicioasa. Recomand sa fie folosite i serviciile spa (masajul, piscinele etc). Nota 10+ pentru tot ce ofera Balvanyos Resort

amplasarea excelenta a hotelului, posibilitate de drumetii in aer liber, curatenie exemplara, zona SPa deosebita, peronalul customer oriented.

posibilitati limitate de a lua masa, doar 3 restaurante care practica preturi foarte mari; zgomotul personalului care face curatenie, in timpul orelor de odihna;

totul a fost minunat. Camera frumos amenajata i foarte curata, ca i restul resortului de altfel, spaiile din zona de spa impecabile i mult mai incapatoare decat la alte hoteluri de acest gen. Mancarea delicioasa, servirea fara cusur,iar la micul dejun bufet suedez nu aveai cum sa nu te saturi.

amplasarea hotelului foarte buna, o zona frumoasa, cu un peisaj deosebit. Curaenie in camere, nimic de reprosat personalului. Zona de spa destul de mare, cu varietate.

Camere modeste pentru un hotel cu 4 *, ma asteptam la un pic mai mult lux, comparand cu alte hoteluri de acelai rang. Si singura problema, de fapt a fost cu cabina de du, problema pe care o intalneti la 2* sau 3* , curgea, era destul de veche, cu mizerie greu de inlaturat. Cam rusinos pt un hotel de 4*.

amplasarea hotelului este deosebita, fiind destul de izolat in munti. Zona de Spa este placuta, cam aglomerata, dar comportamentul civilizat al turistilor a facut ca acest aspect sa nu fie neaparat negativ. Restaurantul hotelului este bun, la Gastrolab nu am gasit loc, fiind week-end. am fost in schimb la restaurantul Fork, este deosebit, servire ireposabila, mancare gustoasa, diversitate de vinuri.

ar trebui sa fie in camere facilitati pentru preparare ceai/ cafea, pentru cei matinali, avand in vedere ca restaurantele/ barul se deschid la ora 8.

Probabil cel mai bun hotel din Romania cu profil SPa. Oferta bogata de vinuri in restaurantele afiliate hotelului.

Centrul SPa este aglomerat cam tot timpul, foarte multi copii galagiosi cu parinti indulgenti, locurile pe sezlonguri se ocupa cu prosoape lasate acolo toata ziua, chiar daca proprietarii sunt plecati la masa sau in camere pentru perioade lungi de timp.

Hotelul este intr-o zona izolata, dar care dispune de facilitati interesante - restaurante, adventure park, posibilitate de drumetii pe munte. Iarna, daca ninge, nu prea ai ce face in afara de mers la piscina, dar peisajul e SUPERB.
