Personal receptie si baza de tratament amabil si eficient,

Curatenia in camere si in spatiile comune ale hotelului (receptie , holuri,bai comune ,curte ,parcare, terase ) in 2 saptamani cat am stat nu s-a facut niciodata .

Orasul arata ca dupa bombardament ( cladiri in paragina chiar in zona centrala ,trotuarele pline de gropi,parcul orasului neingrijit.
