Impresii despre Turcia

La capitolul mancare mai aveam puțin și cotcodaceam de atata pasare.slab..foarte slabă mancarea.Bauturile alcoolice fără turceasca iar revelionul am platit 160e și am făcut revelionul in cantina .și pe langă cele 1060 e am platit și 160 extra la agenție .spectacolul vai mama lui. La ora 12.30 eram in camera injurnd pe turceste.pretul fără transport.am vb la hotel și ei nu percepeau pentru masa de revelion nimic.tEHNICI ROMaNEStI DE PROStEaLa.Dragii mei Direct booking va mulțumesc Dar sunt multe agenții care cred că merită o șansă. aDIO

ar putea agentia sa puna avionul mai degraba la cu vreo 2 ore deoarece am ajuns la ora 22 si sm plecat la 16 preferam sa ajung nai repede

Ca o impresie negativa as putea sa spun doar ca apa din piscina interioara nu era calda,era puțin călduță, lucru care pe noi personal nea dezamăgit,deoarece suntem mari iubitori.

Serviciile ultra all inclusive au fost bune, insă pentru un hotel de 5 stele meniul ar fi putut fi mai diversificat pe parcursul sejurului. Inclusiv masa festivă de Revelion a fost corectă, dar ușor modestă ca varietate.

apa rece , un minus mare, nu puteai face un dus placut ,imposibil sa te speli pe cap. zgomotul aerotermei care dadea caldura ,nu aveai cum sa lasi data drumul aeroterma noaptea pentru ca facea zgomot si nu puteai dormi...iar micul dejun saracacios in fiecare zi

Nu as mai reveni la acest hotel. Camera extrem de mica, mobilier vechi, curățenia din baie lasa de dorit. Dacă intenționați sa rezervați camera Double Economy sau orice alt fel de camera Economy,nu o faceți, veti primi o camera cu un geam care se deschide intr-un perete (ceea ce nu este specificat pe Directbooking) ,am fost nevoita sa platesc 80 de euro extra sa primesc o camera standard care sa aibă vedere in strada , nu intr-un perete. Singurele lucruri bune din acest hotel sunt priveliștea de pe terasa hotelului si micul dejun diversificat.

We had reserved 6 rooms, as soon as we arrived we completed the procedures for filling out the documents, everything went very well, then they handed us the rooms, all the rooms were handed to us on the ground floor, no air conditioning, no balcony, no windows, the air was stuffy, and the rooms smelled bad, 4 family members immediately went to the reception and complained about the rooms not meeting the standards of a hotel. and they gave us rooms on the upper floors, in the afternoon my brother and I went to change rooms, it was impossible to stay in those rooms, as if we were in a prison, not in a hotel room, that night they did not change our rooms, and they took a note, they told us that the next morning they would change our rooms, and that is what happened, after several room changes they finally gave us a room that we could spend our holidays in (we were 10 nights, imagine a very good group from an economic point of view, 6 rooms,, the hotel is dominated by chaos, noise, In Room 1009, a very expensive gold ring was stolen from us. We immediately filed a complaint with the hotel manager. they immediately went to the cleaning lady and asked her to hand over the stolen ring. We argued a lot with the cleaning lady.
