apa rece , un minus mare, nu puteai face un dus placut ,imposibil sa te speli pe cap. zgomotul aerotermei care dadea caldura ,nu aveai cum sa lasi data drumul aeroterma noaptea pentru ca facea zgomot si nu puteai dormi...iar micul dejun saracacios in fiecare zi

Nu as mai reveni la acest hotel. Camera extrem de mica, mobilier vechi, curățenia din baie lasa de dorit. Dacă intenționați sa rezervați camera Double Economy sau orice alt fel de camera Economy,nu o faceți, veti primi o camera cu un geam care se deschide intr-un perete (ceea ce nu este specificat pe Directbooking) ,am fost nevoita sa platesc 80 de euro extra sa primesc o camera standard care sa aibă vedere in strada , nu intr-un perete. Singurele lucruri bune din acest hotel sunt priveliștea de pe terasa hotelului si micul dejun diversificat.

Very poor food for a 5 star resort, only a 3 star hotel serves this food, very few food choices, during lunch time the main restaurant had only 5-6 choices, I have never seen worse food than this resort, dinner had endless queues, and if you didn't go to eat at the beginning of dinner when the restaurant opened, you only found food left by others, very disappointed. they dismantled the umbrellas in the sea, we were sunbathing even though the hotel was full of tourists. We had to make a choice as if we had gone to that resort out of necessity and not as tourists. We were also very disappointed with this part. the place where we went to the beach was very small, and when it was full, the sea was very dirty. We had to go to the Granada Luxurri part of the resort which was nearby. the smell was very bad by the sea. the water collected in pools from the showers and there was no place to pour it and it gave off a very bad smell. Shame on such a resort. We had reserved 6 rooms, as soon as we arrived we completed the procedures for filling out the documents, everything went very well, then they handed us the rooms, all the rooms were handed to us on the ground floor, no air conditioning, no balcony, no windows, the air was stuffy, and the rooms smelled bad, 4 family members immediately went to the reception and complained about the rooms not meeting the standards of a hotel. and they gave us rooms on the upper floors, in the afternoon my brother and I went to change rooms, it was impossible to stay in those rooms, as if we were in a prison, not in a hotel room, that night they did not change our rooms, and they took a note, they told us that the next morning they would change our rooms, and that is what happened, after several room changes they finally gave us a room that we could spend our holidays in (we were 10 nights, imagine a very good group from an economic point of view, 6 rooms,, the hotel is dominated by chaos, noise, In Room 1009, a very expensive gold ring was stolen from us. We immediately filed a complaint with the hotel manager. they immediately went to the cleaning lady and asked her to hand over the stolen ring. We argued a lot with the cleaning lady. She claimed that we had dropped the ring on the sheets that she had changed. Of course, this was a big lie. after a heated argument, she handed over the ring, but it was a serious psychological blow for us. Very old hotel, very dirty hotel, very bad food, chaos in the hotel, it seemed like you were on the noisy and unhygienic beaches of third countries (maximum 2 star hotel). the beach was a very small bay and when everyone entered the sea it was impossible, the sea was very dirty, before going to the beach there was no place to pour the shower water, which created a bad smell.

La acest hotel este ceva tragic,totul este murdar și sărac și in afara de asta se mai și fură!de la curățenia in camere,pană la lenjerie , prosoape jegoase și greu mirositoare, mancare rece și aceași in fiecare zi,fructe doar mere,le iau după masa le pun pe masă suc iți dau doar ce vor ei ce chef au in ziua respectivă la fel și alcool, dacă observați că vi s a furat un obiect căutați sub fundul patului,se poate observa doar daca te tarăști pe jos și cu lanterna telefonului asta este noua modă de furt ,le baga acolo probabil sa le poată lua după ce se pleacă din cameră,dacă mergeți la recepție nu veți rezolva nimic, eventual va baga lenjerie și prosoape in dulap apoi face poza sa spună că ați vrut să furați că sa minimalizeze ei furtul

Hotelul este unul vechi si ar avea nevoie de o renovare completa, nu doar imbunatatiri aduse in timp.

Mancarea este aceiași zi de zi, foarte picanta ! Orice este picant, ciorbe, carne..Nu poți manca !Din această cauză nu am sa mai aleg acest hotel.

La retur ne a inaintat zborul cu 6 ore mai repede
